All Spark accounts begin with a 14-day free trial.
No credit card required.
Each Spark Player license is yearly and include regular updates, maintenance, and support.
A player device is the computer used to run Spark Player software (which broadcasts layouts on your screens). It can be all-in-one, like a tablet, or exist as an external device, like a minicomputer attached to one or more televisions.
By charging a simple, flat rate for each device in use, our customers get unmatched value tailored to their scale. We don't charge our customers extra for installation, templates, layouts, pages, online storage, upload / download bandwidth, amount of content, number of Spark CMS users, or number of physical locations.
You can download and register Spark Player on as many devices as you like. If you have more devices than licenses, simply activate / deactivate licenses for the respective devices in Spark CMS.
Spark needs to store content for your layouts, like images, videos, text, and display settings. By default, your account is hosted and networked on Spark's secure cloud network, with unlimited storage space and automated load balancing.
If you have a mandate to keep all data stored on local servers, Enterprise accounts have the option to deploy an onsite network. This is installed and configured on your compatible servers. The Spark CMS and Spark Player software will then run over your LAN.
All accounts begin as a free trial, where you can design personalized layouts and run them on a player device. We don't collect your payment information until you determine Spark is the right solution for you.To begin, sign up here.
Simply let us know in advance of the end of your license term, and we'll cancel your renewal.
No, the Spark CMS — a browser-based Content Management System — is included with all Spark accounts. It offers the full suite of tools for the design of layouts (like signage playlists and interactive interfaces), integration of external data, remote management of player hardware, and reporting of analytics.
Spark was developed from the ground up to support international customers, and we support deployments globally. We accept all major currencies including USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, RMB, HKD, and NTD.
